Client Showcase: North & South Spencer Hall, UNC Greensboro Campus
Job Details: Renovation of a bathroom and a laundry room with approximately 38 rooms. All existing electrical systems had to be removed in every room and new installation of conduit, wiring, devices and light fixtures.
Timeline: Job needed to be completed in about 10 weeks.
Challenge: Precise coordination with other contractors working on the project, including ordering required materials to complete the job. The ETI Team provided expert services down to the last minute to ensure all details of the job were being completed on schedule and installed properly.
Success: Teamwork and experience allowed us to work together with the other contractors to complete this project on time and pass our final inspection!
